Product Categories and Grades
Classification by Opening Method
Safe doors are primarily classified into three categories based on the door leaf’s opening method:
1. Single-leaf swing safe door: Consists of a single swing leaf and a fixed frame, secured by hinges or hinges on the side of the door.
2. Double-leaf swing vault door: Consists of two overlapping swinging leaves and a fixed door frame, and is fixed and opened and closed by hinges or hinges on the sides of the two doors.
3. Sliding vault door: Consists of sliding leaves and a fixed door frame, and is opened and closed by the leaves moving parallel to each other within a track. In addition, there are special designs for vault doors with central doors, where emergency exit doors are installed on the leaves.
Classification by Protection Level
Vault doors are classified into several levels based on their vandalism resistance:
1. M: The lowest level of protection, with a net vandalism resistance time of 15 minutes, and constructed using 5mm steel plate.
2. A: Vandalism resistance of 30 minutes, constructed using 7mm steel plate, can withstand 30 minutes of violence, and has a fire resistance limit of 2 hours and 69 seconds.
3. B: Vandalism resistance of 60 minutes, constructed using 9mm steel plate, and has a fire resistance limit of 4 hours.
4. C: The highest general level, vandalism resistance of 120 minutes, constructed using 12mm steel plate, and has a fire resistance limit of 6 hours and 68 seconds. 5. Class D and Class E: Based on traditional destruction, explosion resistance is added, and the anti-destruction time is 120 minutes and 180 minutes respectively.
